Reservations

It is definitely recommended to schedule your appointment in advance. We do require a credit card for all reservations.

Arrivals

Do arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill out any necessary forms and for consultation.

Late Arrivals

In consideration of other guests, we can offer you the remaining time on your treatment; but please understand we will need to work within the time that is remaining so as not to interfere with the next guest's reservation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things may come up and you may need to change your schedule, however, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. If no notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of services booked and 100% for a No-Show. Group bookings require a 7 day cancellation. Gift Certificates will be reduced to half of the value.

Gratuities

Gratuities of 10-20% are traditionally given in appreciation of excellent services. A 15% gratuity will be automatically applied to groups of 5 or more due to cleaning, preparation, etc..
